Hello Bruce, I’m Sal. I just finished reading your article on self unmedicating. Thank you for writing such a personal and most educational story of your SSRI journey. I am in my first week of coming off Cymbalta. I reluctantly went on this shortly after the death of my mom. And my little girl was ruining her life. I began self-harming and agreed to medication again, something I vowed never to do again. Your wonderful article taught me many things I never learned after reading many articles books and self help webpages hadn’t revealed. I’m fighting my way back brainshocks agitation and vertigo and all. I am looking forward to reading your book as I enjoy your style. Thank you and have a beautiful full life! Sally
